I found a similar Item on pg 31 in book "Collector's Encyclopedia of Limoges Porcelain". It has Impressed (mark 22 pg 190). Mark with initials with Chaplet's Artist mark R. Symbolizing a Rosary which was used by Haviland & Co. This Pitcher Jug measures approx.
7¾" high, 4" spout to handle, 2" spout to rim, 3½" across shoulder and 3 across base. This is Pre-Owned a few times over in 100 plus years of use and display and it is in GREAT Condition, for its age. It has a few minor production issues, dimples and mold flaws at spout and on rim. Both have gold gilt into the misshaped edge. There is a tiny nick on edge of rim, light wear to base and slight wear to gold wash on flowers and rim. There are NO chips, NO cracks, NO crazing, NO stains and NO restoration. I try my best to get info correct, but sometimes I need help and welcome information from other eBayer.
If you have info to share, Please do and I'll pass it along here. Please view all pictures, to see more about condition. Color may vary a bit in my pictures, due to lighting, reflection and shadows.
