The only remaining of the original Limoges houses. In 1992 and discontinued in 1993. This amazing pattern Imperial was adapted from a design by Prud'hon, the famous artist of the French Empire period.The rims of the plates are encrusted in raised gold. The outer band has an ivory, pearl like finish with a ring of gold roses, outlined in black encircling. A narrow delicate gold, scrolling design is inside the wide raised gold inner band.
